WEEK THREE SCENARIO
ᯓ⭐ WEEK THREE SCENARIO
Today, you will find those signs from last week all over the castle, big red arrows, bright blinking arrows, bold black arrows, all leading you down a corridor to That Golden Door Again.
And there's the sign!
Should you choose to enter, you'll find yourself in the role of a fairy-tale character! All of the classics, maybe some you've never heard before, but it's the same as before. Sort of. You're now in an outfit befitting of your character, the NPCs still have cursed Riri Voices, and some of you may be... well, stuck in some predicaments! Some of you might even have changed forms entirely!
So why not help your homies out? Why not give them a Happily Ever After?
Because you still can't olly out until you get through a scenario, even if that means waiting for someone to kiss you. :)
Once you've achieved a scenario, thinking of leaving the setting entirely will get you back in the castle.
Among the list of scenarios are the following, though players are welcome to also come up with their own:
- Attend The Ball with someone
- Safely make it to Grandmother's House
- Escape the Witch's Candy House
- Free Rapunzel from her tower
- Kiss the sleeping princess
- Kiss the frog
- Just Fucking Kiss
- Perform an underwater musical! (You can breathe, it's fine)
- Conspire to poison someone!
- Save someone from being poisoned!
- Have a dramatic sword fight!
- Do a knightly declaration of love!
And so on.
You can act out the scenarios pertaining to your roles or you know what, maybe Red Riding Hood was evil all along and the Fairy Godmother decided to do a dramatic sword fight, we're not here to judge.

And so here's your Cinderella! Srarting off as the cleaning blyy, he dresses in drab clothes and gets to work scrubbing things down without question. He can be be found cleaning and doing other mundane chores around his home - and may even find himself cleaning around someone else's area!
Then later on, after his transformation, it's time for Phoenix to wear a dress again. But at least this one's relatively easier to move around in? The glass slippers take some getting used to. He sets off on his horse-drawn carriage composed of various vegetation and local creatures, but it might make some wrong stops along the way, taking him to places like a witch's candy house or a the forest where Grandma lives!
Or find him at the ball itself! Mingle? Dance? Swordfight? Whichever! Just beware the stroke of midnight...]

[At the ball, surprisingly extravagant and luxurious, Prince Charming Manuela waits to meet no small number of Riri-voiced suitors, all vying for her hand in marriage. Her emerald green and white royal finery matches the ballroom decor. She bows to the complete stranger and offers her hand.]
Frankly, you'd put any princess I played during my Opera career to shame.
no subject
[He rubs at his head sheepishly. It's high praise, as he can imagine Manuela playing many a lovely princess, especially witnessing her owning her current princely role.
(It may not be my thing, but it's nice to know I can pull it off. Oh wait, I should get into character.)
With that, Phoenix daintily reaches his hand over to accept hers.]
Nice to meet you. Charmed, even. Where I come from and all that's not important. Being here right now, that's what matters.
no subject
By the end of the night, fair princess... I will learn all your secrets.
[She bows with a royal flourish, takes his hand and... plants a kiss on the back of it. This may be the cuddle impulses taking over more than the scenario role itself, but either way, it both scratches the itch and tells more of the story. Still bent, she raises her gaze to him.]
Do you dance?
no subject
(She doesn't know that I'm really just a commoner. She can't know!)]
Of course. As a princess, I... know all about dancing and all the steps involved, and I can't wait to do it! [Phoenix struggles to remember the last time he did any kind of dancing...]
no subject
Then I'd like to ask you for this dance, Princess. I'll take the lead.
[Still gracefully holding his hand with just the tips of her fingers, Manuela steps back toward to dance floor where the dozen dancing Riris have parted for them. It's easily the confident swagger of a charming price as much as it's a reassurance that she can manage the dance just fine on her own.]
I must hear all about you.
no subject
His smile turns a little nervous as she leads him to the dance floor, and he gives a soft chuckle at her question.]
What is there to say? My favorite color is blue, and I... I've been looking forward to this ball quite a bit! It took a lot to get here.
no subject
[She pulls him into closed position, so they're face-to-face, very close, and able to simply get lost in one another's eyes...or so the script would call for between the prince and her surprise "princess."]
You must have been meant to arrive here. It's destiny. I hope we can dance together all night.
[How hilariously bad is Phoenix at keeping up with the waltz she's leading? That'll change the tone of the line.]
no subject
[He looks into her eyes, trying to deliver that as passionately as he can!
While his feet are doing the exact opposite. He doesn't know what he's doing, and he's likely to have stepped on her foot at least once so far.]
Wait, all night? That- that seems like a long time! [For someone with a midnight curfew!]

cleaning
when phoenix reaches the room he's lounging in, he helpfully points to a spot on the floor.]
Make sure you clean over there.
no subject
Phoenix rolls his eyes while dragging his bucket of soapy water and sponge into the room, while ready to get to work.]
Thanks for the tip. [He responds a little dryly.] But I was already planning to cover the whole room from the start. I- I've got this!
no subject
[ says scale literally lazing around the floor. ]
no subject
[He gets down on his knees and starts scrubbing! While taking some glimpses towards Uroko. That's a nice dress!]
Who are you supposed to be, anyway? Don't tell me I have a stepsister...
no subject
Mmn, the Ice Queen? [ He doesn't know who that is given he's from the eastern sea. ]
For my part, perhaps I'll make it snow...
no subject
I don't know about that. Then people will track footprints all over the place! I'll never be done.

But here's Brenner, in a blue dress, draped with a deep crimson cloak, walking up to the open door of the carriage itself.]
Oh, now this is unexpected. Are you lost like me?
no subject
Phoenix seems a bit hesitant stepping out in the middle of a dark forest. He sokn notices a familiar face in unfamiliar attire.
(I'm definitely in the wrong 'hood...)]
Something like that. My drivers have trouble finding their way to the ball, but I guess it makes sense since they were just mice a few hours ago... [He keeps looking at Brenner's get-up.] How about you? Off to Grandma's?
no subject
[At least they're both familiar with each other's fairytales.]
I was off to grandma's, but I've lost my way. And my feet hurt so much from having to walk all across the forest. Do you think I could hitch a ride?
no subject
[Phoenix nods along and gestures towards the carriage.]
Come on aboard! I'm sure we can afford to take a little detour towards ol' grandma's place. ...After all, I have a feeling I'll end up taking more detour whether I want to or not! [He laughs while heading back to the cabin.]
no subject
You're probably right. Magic is an unpredictable thing, and whatever's driving your carriage has a mind of its own.
[Spoken like he has any experience with magic at all...
But as the carriage starts moving down the path, shadows move in the forest. There's the sound of... wolves howling, but if wolves howled with the same timbre as Riri.
So, frightening in its own right.]
We might want to double-time it, Mr. Wright. I mean, Cinderella.
no subject
He takes a seat casually as the carriage sets off, but he does feel unnerved as the howling begins. He takes an uncertain glance towards the window.]
Oh yeah, that's sounding like a real good idea right now, Doctor... er... Hood? [with that, he calls out to the carriage drivers to go faster. ...And of course, they very quickly begin speeding! Phoenix has to grip onto his seat to stay in place.]
W-well I guess we might lose them now!!
no subject
he's here, at least. attending the ball. slightly less charmingly, in a somewhat intimidating manner, perhaps, as prince charming's less notable long lost brother. ]
Good evening.
[ ......... ]
These events are boisterous...
[ why can't riri make a scenario where he can just chill in front of a fireplace. ]
no subject
(Are there really two Prince Charmings? Did we really need doubles for this specifically?)]
Um, good evening? Oh... noble and gentle stranger... [He responds dryly while he stares him down.]
Aren't you the prince of all this boisterousness right now?
